Benefits & Perks:Immediate temporary Customer Service Representative position Potential to extend, and/or become temporary to hireResponsibilities:Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email to repeat and new customersTaking orders for pharmacy refill requests, including patient billing information and verifying delivery information Entering patient refill orders into their systemPrint necessary labels Assist with shipping as required Qualifications:Two plus years of Office experience and or Customer Service experience Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant and/or experience from the medical field would be an asset Excellent customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Must be flexible for part-time hours that may increase to more hours
