Great Service, Every Time
Customer Service team members are the hub of the hospital. They connect the medical team with patients and provide above-and-beyond service by:


• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Reaching out to clients and prospective clients for follow-ups.
• Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintaining the hospital and ensuring it is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
