Customer Service Representative

Essential Functions & Accountabilities

Provide quality service and support to all designated customers and handle customer service routines (all order to delivery process) in an appropriate manner.
2. Patiently/politely answer phone inquiries & solve customer’s problem via e-mail/phone in a prompt/enthusiastic manner
3. Promptly respond and resolve customer/consumer complaints
4. Communicate and coordinate with internal parties: logistics, sales, marketing, financial and any other department to follow up daily order’s relevant issues
5. Customer demand management
 To execute contract business terms validation process to ensure order book authenticity and negotiate with customers for any deviation
 To drive demand and supply management including order change management with customer and logistics to enhance service level and on time delivery
6. Provide value added service solution according to customer’s specific requirements, deep dive the root cause to provide better solution which may exceed customer’s expectation
7. Support and keep team reports on monthly basis according to manager’s requirement
8. Escalate issues and come out solution with sufficient data analysis support
9. Major project support and implementation function in the team
10. Arrange team or group discussion and meeting as per business requirement.
11. Coordinate and cooperation with team members and able to assist each other during travel/vacations, as well as be back up once required
12. Support and Assist dept. Manager for the dept. tasks as well as willing to be key team members
13. Able to take additional responsibility upon assignment from dept.
