Customer Service Representative

Conducts general business support, including handling inquiries from external or internal customers, coordinating resolution of customer issues with internal departments, explaining products/services and billing procedures to customers, assisting customers in completing forms and gathering/recording information needed for proper transactions. Typically has 3-5 years of experience and works under broad supervision. Incumbents working in a call center environment should be matched to call center positions instead of this role. Match only non-exempt incumbents to this position.

What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Enter orders and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

Project a professional image through phone and email interactions.

Provide technical support and solutions for designated product lines.

Prepare pricing and delivery quotations.

Process incoming orders and make necessary changes.

Address customer concerns and process RGAs and credit memos.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Coordinate with various departments to find mutually beneficial solutions.

What You'll Need: To be successful in this role, you should have:

Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, and TEAMS.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of gas control technology is a plus.

A High School Diploma is required; an Undergraduate Degree is preferred.

Salary Range of: $45,000 – $55,000
