Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative position with a company in Erie, PA.  There are two shifts available with a pay range of $18-20/hour.

Sunday to Wednesday 6am-4pm
Thursday to Saturday 6am-6pm, work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours.

Pay Range: $18-20/hour

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the warehouse is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring efficient communication between customers and warehouse teams. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing product information, and coordinating timely deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or direct conversation with drivers has they arrive to the facilty. Process orders, track shipments, and update customers on delivery statuses. Handle product returns, exchanges, and complaints. Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Requirements:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (preferred).
