Key Responsibilities:Manage customer enquiry by phone or e-mailOrder management and creation, chasing/monitoring order from quotation until invoiceComplaint handling and case following up until closedCo-ordination with other departments for internal / external issuesProject handlingReport analyzingAd-hoc task as requiredKeys to Success:EducationF5 graduation or aboveExperience1 year or above Customer Service with order management experienceKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesGood in writing and speaking English, Cantonese and MandarinGood communication skill, discussable, good organizationExperience with ERP system, Oracle is preferableWilling to learn, adaptable, proactive, good logical thinkingCan work overtime when necessary
