Responsibilities:
Responsible in taking inbound/outbound calls to assist callers in their queries, questions and be able to resolve client concerns in a timely manner. Display high level of Call Quality addressing customer’s needsAnswer inbound/outbound calls in a timely and friendly mannerEvaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutionsRespond to the needs of the customers and provide personalized service.Qualifications:
Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course
Must have at least a year of experience in call taking and resolving client queries
Strong Life insurance product, services and process understanding and background
Effective communication skills
Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service
Can do attitude
Attention to details
