Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the south west, Minnesota metro. The selected individual will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, maintaining order status, and providing internal support for our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: Managing business to business calls Taking incoming faxes or emails directly from clients from different territories across the country Documenting incoming messages from customers Helping address questions, entering in new orders, and checking on the status updates Making light outbound calls to respond back to questions Entering in any new orders for equipment or parts Checking in on the status of a backorder product Working on a dual screen monitor to enter in orders into their system Requirements Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service role Strong skills in administrative assistance, providing support to both customers and internal teams Proficient data entry skills, ensuring accurate and timely input of customer details Exceptional written communication abilities for clear and concise customer correspondence Experience with email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and complaints Experience with CRM software for customer relationship management is ideal If you are interested please apply with your resume and call Madison for additional details at 952-831-6020.
