Customer Service Representative
Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our manufacturing team. This role is based in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. In this role, you will be primarily dealing with healthcare professionals, providing them with information about prescription drug benefits. You will be working remotely, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accurate resolution of inquiries. Responsibilities: • Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding prescription drug benefits. • Provide consistent and compassionate customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. • Use your skills in call center metrics to ensure a high level of service is maintained. • Offer remote assistance to customers, demonstrating your ability to work independently. • Coordinate your work efforts with other employees, teams, and departments, understanding the importance of communication. • Showcase your data entry skills by accurately maintaining customer records. • Use your knowledge of pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management to provide accurate information to customers. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Call Center Customer Service is essential • Ability to proficiently assist customers in a detail-oriented and friendly manner • Prior experience working in a Call Center environment is necessary • Ability to handle a fast-paced Call Center and adapt to changing situations • Experience with inbound Call Center roles, demonstrating strong communication skills • Capable of managing a high volume Call Center, ensuring customer satisfaction • Familiarity with Call Center metrics and using them to improve performance • Proficient in providing remote assistance to customers, resolving issues efficiently • Excellent data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Previous experience in a Pharmacy setting is advantageous • Understanding of Pharmacy Claim procedures and processes • Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management and its application in customer service.
