Description We are searching for a committed Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team in the service industry, based in Charleston, South Carolina. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering their queries, setting up service calls, and managing our maintenance contracts. You will also be expected to communicate with potential clients interested in acquiring new units, utilizing a comprehensive checklist of questions before scheduling. Responsibilities: • Answering phone calls professionally and promptly, acting as the first point of contact for our clients • Utilizing multi-line phone systems to direct calls as necessary • Setting up and scheduling service calls based on clients' needs • Overseeing the execution and renewal of our maintenance contracts • Engaging in effective communication with clients interested in acquiring new units, using a checklist of questions to gather necessary information before scheduling • Completing data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and files • Providing customer support and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner • Dispatching service calls as required.
