Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with providing top-notch customer support to our members, customers, and providers. This role involves direct phone-based customer interaction, where you will answer and resolve a variety of inquiries. Responsibilities • Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and providers. • Engage in direct phone-based customer interactions to resolve inquiries. • Utilize TRICARE and NIS systems to assist and guide customers. • Work in an offshore setting, ensuring customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively. • Accurately process customer credit applications. • Maintain and update customer credit records on a regular basis. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required. Requirements • Proven experience in the field of Customer Service. • Proficiency in answering customer queries promptly and efficiently. • Familiarity with offshore services and their management. • Knowledge of TRICARE policies and benefits. • Understanding and experience with the Network Information System (NIS). • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with customers. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
