Description We are currently on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Your daily tasks will revolve around handling customer inquiries about products and services, problem-solving to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and driving additional sales by upselling and promoting additional products and services. Responsibilities: + Address customers' queries and concerns promptly and professionally. + Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems pertaining to products or services. + Upsell additional products and services by providing information about product features and benefits. + Interact professionally and courteously with customers via phone, email, and live chat. + Document and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. + Maintain and update customer databases with information regarding interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolution. + Coordinate with other departments for best solutions if needed. Requirements + Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. + Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales principles. + Ability to upsell products and services successfully. + Familiarity with various channels of communication like phone, email, and chat. + Ability to work well in a team environment.
