Description Customer Service Representative We are providing an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the logistics industry, based in Aurora, Colorado. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with multiple responsibilities including data entry and customer communication, primarily via email. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurate processing and input of customer orders into the system • Regular communication with customers through internal systems or email • Coordination with the internal warehouse team regarding orders and required actions • Timely shipping of orders via FedEx • Maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets and allocation of inventory • Handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.
