Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry for a Customer Service Representative located in Sarasota, Florida, 34243, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key player in managing and directing incoming calls, maintaining customer records, and ensuring efficient customer service delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct a high volume of incoming calls effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Ensure all messages are directed to the correct parties for response
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn quickly
• Display resilience and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
• Operate the call center software proficiently
• Balance inbound calls efficiently.
Requirements • Proven experience in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry.
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role is essential.
• Excellent ability to handle inbound calls, providing quick and efficient solutions to any issues.
• Demonstrated expertise in call center customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Proficient in making outbound calls, following up on customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and other technologies necessary for the role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
