Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, located in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and processing applications. Responsibilities: • Address customer inquiries regarding prescription drug benefits with professionalism and accuracy • Efficiently process customer applications • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records • Work autonomously while recognizing the importance of coordinating efforts with other teams and departments • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Provide consistent and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced call center environment • Use remote assistance tools to support customers • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently • Have a basic understanding of pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management.
