Job DescriptionThe Domino’s Pizza Supply Chain Center seeks a Customer Service Representative for their dough production distribution facility. The Customer Service Representative provides customer service to our franchisees to ensure customer satisfaction with ordering and receiving products.
The Customer Service Representative processes store orders and assists operations leadership with other duties, including routing, inventory, training newly hired associates, writing SOPs, policy, process changes, or updates. The Customer Service Representative may also plan events for team members and cross-train with multiple departments.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00-$23.00/hour; bi-weekly pay
Responsibilities and Duties
(50%) Order Processing
Process and verify store orders, add-ons, and pickups using standard process flow and SOPs to ensure store orders are accurate and prepared timely for routing and warehouse loadingEnsure CSRs adhere to information from WRC related to order processing for product allocations or auto shipmentsPrepare orders in WMS and prepare pertinent reports for loading and productionEnsure understanding of billing, credits, and inventoryPrepare inter-commissary transactions or special orders as needed on a timely basisBe a key player during a Business Continuity event(20%) Customer Service
Receive and resolve customer requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerContact stores to advise them of any changes to routing schedules, weather, or production delays, etc.Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with stores and franchisees, and create an open and accessible communication routeAnswer and route departmental calls(10%) Clerical Support
Maintain filing system for invoices, reports, and other customer related informationMaintain customer contact listUpdate or add new store information in order management systemProvide clerical support to other departments as needed(10%) Credit Process
Process credit requests for the Domino's Pizza stores within policy guidelinesResearch credit requests with appropriate departmentsEnsure credits are coded appropriately and accurately using the most current programEnsure customer satisfaction by explaining any denied requests(10%) Additional Administrative Duties as Assigned
This position cross-trains in various administration functions. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed. Responsibilities include:

Assist with center safety culturePresent new hire orientation and assist new hires with onboarding tasksMonitor credit processUsing WMS, process layout of outgoing shipments by creating load mapsSupport other departments as neededQualificationsHigh School diploma/GED, some college2+ years of Customer Service experienceStrong knowledge of customer relationsAbility to work independently and as a teamExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at onceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareAvailability to be able to work nights, weekends, or holidays if needed2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience preferredAdditional InformationDomino's offers:
