Airswift is currently looking for Customer Service Representative to work with an EPC Company.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months renewable contract
Location: Aubervilliers
Responsibilities
The role is focused on managing a portfolio of small businesses and local organizations while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Processing and managing orders, customer inquiries, and account creation using internal tools Resolving simple disputes in SAP, providing quotes, and addressing order and price-related issues Managing generic mailboxes (SAP and Oracle systems) to handle customer requests efficientlySystems & Tools Used
SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluency in French (written and spoken) Demonstrated experience in customer service roles Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks A proactive mindset, excellent listening skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
