The Customer Service Representative will be working with a tight knit technical service support team providing the highest level of customer support by performing order entry, invoicing, parts, and product purchasing from Rain Bird and external vendors. Creates estimates, reviews and edits orders for nomenclature and pricing validity. Includes comprehensive project management ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction throughout the services lifecycle. Position also entails organized record keeping managing each step of the services projects.

 

Responsibilities Track all dispatched field service work to ensure customer satisfaction and proper closure of all projects.Maintain clear records of communications and project information.Promptly and efficiently issue purchase orders to component suppliers.Directly process internal paperwork necessary to bill for services rendered and parts provided.Process invoicing to ensure services and products are paid within the terms and conditions of the agreement.Coordinate communications with teamVarious continuous improvement projects Qualifications

 

 

At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing roleProven success in environments where attention to detail and organizational skills are requiredExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAccomplished customer service, leadership, and project management skillsExemplary judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solvingWorks well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

QuickBooks, and/or bookkeeping/accounting experienceExperience with order processingExperience in buying/planningAbility to develop, document, execute, and improve repetitive business practices.Bilingual in English/SpanishBachelor’s Degree
