The responsibilities of our Reps in Customer Service are, but not limited to: + Answer Calls/Emails/Chats + Tracing + Driver's ETA for Pick-ups and/or Deliveries + Documents Requests + Quotes + Schedule Pick-ups + Process Reconsignments + Process Return to Shipper + Research and Process disposition of refused freight + Submit Corrections + Research and assist customers with disputes + Charges + Accessorials + W&I + Assist customers with Claims + Assist Customer with the use of our Website. + Schedule delivery/pick-up appts.
