In this role you will be reporting to the Sales Manager and focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of customer-centricity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth customer transactions, supporting sales processes, and meeting company sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Benefits** + Fair and attractive salary + Flexible working hours + 24 vacation days + 6 ADV days + Discount on collective health insurance + Pension contribution plan + Bicycle plan **Responsibilities** + Process Customer Purchase Orders: Accurately handle customer orders and ensure timely processing. + Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on payment statuses to maintain financial accuracy and consistency. + Customer Creation: Set up new customer profiles with precision, ensuring all relevant details are captured. + Sales Orders & Invoices: Create and manage sales orders and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. **Requirements** + At least MBO4 level or equivalent qualification. + Fluency in English is required, Dutch is strongly preferred. + 2-3 years of relevant customer service or sales support experience. + Strong understanding of sales processes and administrative functions. + Driving License + Communication skills for managing the customer network and collaborating with colleagues. + Dynamic and proactive personality **Our Commitment to You** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
