**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a LenelS2 Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will process orders, answer inbound customer phone calls, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
+ Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
+ Prepare written correspondence to address customer concerns or inquiries.
+ Fulfill customer needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
+ Follow pre-established guidelines and rely on instructions to perform job functions.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
+ Familiarity with commonly-used concepts and practices within customer service.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work under immediate supervision and within a structured environment.
**Additional Details:**
+ Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
+ Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional opportunities for overtime.
+ Reports to a supervisor or manager.
