Customer Service Representative
**Job Title:** Broker Bay Support Representative **Job Description:** Join our team as a **Broker Bay Live Concierge Support Representative** and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and support using various software tools while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. **Key Responsibilities:** + Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone and software platforms. + Efficiently handle multiple screens and telephone software to assist customers. + Accurately document calls, organize tasks, and follow through to ensure superior customer experiences. + Adhere to call-handling procedures and meet call volume and productivity performance metrics. + Support additional skillsets, projects, and opportunities as required. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Compensation and Schedule:** + **Hourly Pay Rate:** $16.00 + **Hours of Operation:** 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week. + **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week with occasional opportunities for overtime. + Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts. **Job Location:** This position is **on-site** in Salem, OR, in an office call center environment. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** + Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple screens and tools effectively. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance. + Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
