Our client, a leading provider in the medical industry, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Wayne, NJ. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and emails regarding product information, orders, billing, and service issues.Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide clear, concise explanations.Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently.Process orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant databases.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.Foster positive customer relationships through empathy and active listening.Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong active listening, empathy, and rapport-building abilities.Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Patience and adaptability to manage diverse customer situations and remain calm under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools.Familiarity with company policies and product knowledge is a plus.Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $19.00Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
