**SUMMARY**
To provide superior professional customer service support for both internal and external customers. Provide support to Sales and Manufacturing departments. Responsible for direct and indirect customer contact in all areas relating to inquiries, orders, order entry, scheduling, delivery dates, customer complaints and questions. Provide the interface required between the customer and the manufacturing facility personnel. Emphasis should be placed on providing both internal customers (Sales Group) and external customers’ answers in a timely manner.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
+ Responsible for assigned accounts.
+ Makes ethical and responsible decisions in all areas of job.
+ Acts as a liaison between customer and internal Carlisle IT team members to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood, and met throughout the organization.
+ Understands and works within Carlisle IT’s policies and procedures.
+ Provides problem solving, cost effective and solution-oriented proposals in a timely manner.
+ Perform routine clerical tasks such as proofing sales orders, maintaining quote log, file and store quotes and orders.
+ May be required to occasionally assemble bid packages and coordinate bid preparation process. Ensure customer documentation is complete.
+ Follow up on quotes with customers and provide information as to why the quote did not result in a sale.
+ Works directly with engineering, planning, quality, production, and shipping departments to ensure orders are fully conceptualized.
+ Responsible for direct and indirect customer contact in all areas relating to orders, order entry, scheduling, delivery dates, etc.
+ Enter customer PO’s within 24 hours of receipt including sample requests from customers or field personnel. Verify PO’s against quotes for accuracy
+ Communicate with customers on open order status and coordinate material requirements with purchasing/planning.
+ Provide concise, timely and accurate communication to and from customer and other departments
+ Solicit customer feedback regularly using Customer Scorecards (SALES-SCORE).

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
+ Two-year college degree and/or minimum of two years’ experience in RF/Manufacturing industry.
+ Excellent organizational, documentation and communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize and organize tasks daily
+ Must be able to multi-task several projects simultaneously.
+ Working knowledge of financial reports and ratios; understand relationships of margins, inventory turns, costs, profit, and loss, etc.
+ High energy and sense of urgency to meet internal and external customer expectations.
+ Highly motivated; possess the desire to set and meet high performance standards based for the benefit of the customer, the individual, team members and internal customers.
+ Maintains professional appearance and conduct.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Citrix, SAP, Access, Excel.
+ Must be able to work well under pressure with short deadlines
+ Good conflict resolution skills
+ Demonstrated dependability
+ General knowledge of competitors in the marketplace
+ Ability to work with limited supervision
