Job Description Insight Global is seeks 2 customer service representatives to assist with cleanup of recent projects at one of our largest medical device manufacturing clients. One representative will be focused on data entry around product and shipment information. The second representative will be responsible for all dispute resolution with customers. This includes but is not limited to credit and debits of orders, creating notifications, and responding to customer inquiries.
