Summary – basic function of the role We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Zabierzow, Poland. This role serves as the backbone of support for our outside Sales Force, ensuring the seamless development of relationships with existing and prospective customers, distributors, and end-users. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will help us meet our growth targets while providing an outstanding customer experience. As a key point of contact for customers, you will manage the order process from start to finish, collaborate across teams, and support business improvement initiatives. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential for cross-border communication in this dynamic role. Job Duties and Responsibilities Customer Support and Order Management Serve as the main point of contact for all customers, delivering excellent service. Manage and coordinate the entire order process in collaboration with the Order Fulfillment Team. Prepare professional quotations, ensuring active follow-up and timely responses. Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring follow-up for satisfaction. Collaborate with the accounts department to address customer credit issues and monitor overdue payments. Sales and CRM Management Proactively manage company-generated leads and develop a robust sales funnel. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system. Monitor pricing and discounts, ensuring alignment with sales targets. Support the Commercial Manager with reporting tasks and take ownership of weekly reporting when needed. Marketing and Business Development Participate in local marketing initiatives, including Voice of Customer (VOC) projects. Draft and manage bi-lingual agreements between Enerpac, distributors, and end-users in partnership with regional management. Process Improvement and Compliance Contribute to day-to-day office management and business improvement initiatives. Adhere to company policies, rules, and guidelines required for a publicly traded U.S. company. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical affinity and familiarity with industrial or distribution markets are advantageous. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with well-developed presentation and negotiation skills. Proficient in English and Dutch (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Energetic, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a bonus. Willingness to travel occasionally.
