Customer Service Representative

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom home organization systems.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. 

Job Responsibilities

Assist the customer service manager with daily tasks.  Run payments for clients. Book jobs in appropriate time slots. Deliver administrative support for payments, and installation department. Field client calls. Trouble shoot payment issues as needed.

Job Requirements

General office duties and working knowledge of computers. Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic. Reliable, punctual with good work ethic. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong personal organization skills.

Schedule

Monday-Friday  8AM-5PM
