Our client in the Jacksonville, FL area is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for their location. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of recent experience managing relationships with customers and a strong foundation in the Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates with a solid background supporting fulfillment, warehousing, and/or transportation operations are strongly preferred but not strictly required.

The Day-to-Day:

Answering inbound customer calls to address questions and concernsScheduling order pickup for customers and processing electronic paymentsMaintaining claims database, monitoring for billing issuesOffering guidance on software issues and quality concernsComplete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operation effectiveness and service level improvement

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentUnderstand appointment scheduling and database managementAbility to type 40 wpm at minimumAt least two years of recent experience in a customer service role, supporting logistics operations

Pay-Rate/Shifts:

$19.00 to $21.00 /hrMonday to Friday7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
