CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring Part Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Chambersburg, PA.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in providing administrative support for all business activities within the company. This position requires close collaboration with team members across various departments to ensure all customer product movement needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support for daily business operations.
-Collaborate with department team members to meet customer product movement needs.
-Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
-Primarily a stationary role, involving extended periods of sitting.
-Work environment is office-based.
-Part-Time position with potential for full-time in the future.
-Onsite role.
-Answer incoming calls and transfer to the correspondent team member.

Desired Background/Skills:

-Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
-Reliable transportation.
-Must be 18+ years old.

Other Information:

Working hours: Monday and Wednesday, 8 am to 1 pm; Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Pay: $19 – $22 per hour.
