We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Manitowoc, WI team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage accurate and direct entry of customer purchase orders. Provide knowledgeable product and customer service support and superior customer service support to all customers to include but not limited to end users, dealers and distributors.

You Will:

Provide outstanding/world class customer serviceAccurately maintain an electronic file systemProvide general ordering information to distributors, dealers, and customers by telephone and written correspondenceTrace and/or re-consign shipments with freight carriersAssist customers with product set up and order tracking informationProactively discuss application of parts, equipment, pricing, order status, availability and lead times

Key Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of customer service experienceSkilled with MS Office applications; ability to operate all related equipment for the role.Customer oriented; capable of effectively dealing with all levels of internal and external contactsMust be a team playerMust be able to sit for long periods of time in a normal office environment
