Job description

As a Customer Service Representative here at evoke, you will work as part of a dedicated team who provide excellent customer service via Chat, Email and telephone. You will have the chance to represent our business by building great relationships with our customers, providing support and answering queries. If you like variety, connecting with people and working as part of a team, this role will be perfect for you.

 What you will be doing:

Providing a high level of customer support and satisfaction by assisting customers via Chat, Email or Phone (this role will be a mixture of all three) Processing customer documents where needed Offering support to customers to address any errors or technical faults, taking ownership of any customer disputes or issues Creating added value by supporting cross sell initiatives and promotional offers Identifying and flagging any trends in customer feedback and opportunities for continuous improvement Identifies customer feedback trends and raises with management Ensuring regulatory compliance through adherence to process and procedures Working as part of a team to provide colleague support and assistance when needed
Who we are looking for:

Relevant experience working in a customer service role, ideally using telephone, chat and/or email or minimum of 2nd year of undergraduate education Able to demonstrate strong English written and verbal communication skills Evidence of working to targets and a multi-tasking environment where you have been required to support more than one customer at once Good attention to detail, able to complete tasks and actions in a timely and accurate manner Good problem-solving skills, experience of complaint handling and resolution would be desirable but is not essential A team player who thrives in a fast paced but fun environment. You will be proactive in approach and always strive for excellence Motivated and engaged team members who want to learn, take ownership and provide great service to their colleagues and our customersPlease note, this role works on a shifting schedule with opportunity for hybrid working, and we will need you to have flexibility as our business operates 7 days week
