People Store Staffing Solutions is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work for a busy data centre in Pointe-Claire!

Job duties include:

Preparing shipping/receiving paperwork and ordering supplies. Developing and maintaining liaison with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Maintaining inbound schedule and communicate with carriers when necessary. Monitoring customer’s inventories to ensure accuracy and that orders can be filled. Other duties as required.

Job requirements include:

Must be Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) Previous Customer service/Operations background Excellent communication and “People” skills Familiarity with public warehousing and 3PL operations Must have good computer and interpersonal skills Experience with WMS (SAP / Blue Yonder – working systems) is an asset Must be proficient with Microsoft office and Google Applications Clear criminal background report

Shift Timing & Schedule:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Monday to Friday

Pay rate:

$25.00/hr
