Customer Service Representative

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa. In this role you will be supporting our lab by providing administrative support such as quoting, opening jobs in our computer system and invoicing.

Responsibilities Include:

Issue and track customer units for services performed by outside vendors and arrange for billing Arrange for movement of customer's equipment to outside vendor for calibration or repair and for return to customer including but not limited to getting Vendor quotation and issuing a quotation to customers Review customer purchase order for services required and identify additional work performed beyond the scope of original quote Perform receiving of customer’s units into our CRM: Gage or FSM or others Triage customer’s unit to be serviced locally or offloaded to other network Labs Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status, review with management or technician and relay to customer as required Perform Shipping and Receiving duties including preparing local and international shipping documents

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Excellent digital literacy, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, Gage or other CRM experience Works efficiently in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to tailor communication and style to differing audiences Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to acquire Controlled Goods Program (CGP) security clearance

Preferred:

Prior experience with quoting and invoicing is a plus Bilingual English and French would be an asset
