Description We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a long- term contract opportunity in Somerset, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative organization where you will support essential operations, focusing on managing product exchanges and customer interactions. + Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries promptly. + Manage the returns process using designated computer systems. + Conduct research to resolve return-related issues, collaborating with various departments. + Oversee the movement of goods between customers and the company, working closely with various departments. + Maintain accurate customer credit records. + Process customer credit applications efficiently. + Ensure accurate order entry and management, including handling returns.
