Compensation and Schedule Details:
+ Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
+ Training: 3-4 weeks onsite: 9:00AM-6:30PM, M-F (Paid Training)
+ Shift: 10:30AM-7PM. M-F (Hybrid role after training. Work From Home 3 days a week – In Office 2 days a week). Opportunity to work Saturdays if desired.

A Day in the Role:
+ Handle about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes outbound depending on the situation.
+ Handle inbound calls pertaining to the borrower's mortgage and homeowners’ insurance. (Cross trained to handle both calls.)
+ Receive and answer questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
