Compensation and Schedule Details: + Starting Pay: $17.00/hour + Training: 3-4 weeks onsite: 9:00AM-6:30PM, M-F (Paid Training) + Shift: 10:30AM-7PM. M-F (Hybrid role after training. Work From Home 3 days a week – In Office 2 days a week). Opportunity to work Saturdays if desired. Role Highlights: + Industry: Call Center, Customer Service, Mortgage + Employment Type: 3 month contract-to-Direct Placement + Location: Troy, MI – Candidates must live within 30 minutes of location Role Benefits: + Hybrid schedule after training (All equipment provided). + Weekly pay + Benefits available on the first day and frequent company events for employees. + 401k matching after contract period. + Attendance & Metrics bonus A Day in the Role: + Handle about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes outbound depending on the situation. + Handle inbound calls pertaining to the borrower's mortgage and homeowners’ insurance. (Cross trained to handle both calls.) + Receive and answer questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
