Customer Service Representative
Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry, located in Somerset, New Jersey. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers, primarily handling their inquiries and maintaining their accounts. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the correct methods and tools • Use customer service software to keep track of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints • Process customer applications and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain and update customer records in the database, including notes about interactions • Work closely with other team members to meet and exceed customer service goals • Use computer programs to track customer interactions and data • Demonstrate patience and understanding when dealing with customers, especially those who may need extra assistance • Resolve customer issues, directing them to the appropriate department or person if needed • Regularly review customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide detail oriented customer support.
