As a vital part of our team, your role will revolve around handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and processing credit applications. Responsibilities: • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries • Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts • Process and verify customer credit applications with precision • Ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date • Uphold high standards of customer service at all times Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role. • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong understanding and demonstration of customer service skills. • Ability to utilize various customer service platforms such as email, phone, and social media. • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. • Proficient in relevant computer applications. • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline would be considered a plus. • Willingness to work in shifts as customer service often requires 24/7 availability.
