Customer Service Representative

Roles&Responsibilities:


• Encourage customer loyalty by identifying each customer’s specific needs and utilizing available resources and/or systems to meet their needs.
• Listen effectively to gather data on customer requirements and make recommendations which benefit both the customer and the Company.
• Ensure all commitments to customer enquiries on matters relating to order status and product problems.
• Investigate customer problems promptly and take necessary action to meet problem resolution.
• Proactively seek out and utilise tools and resources to resolve enquiries.
• Channel new customer prospects to the most appropriate resource.
• Escalate customer enquiries to the Customer Service Manager where appropriate. Seek guidance from the Customer Service Manager on the appropriate course of action for dealing with similar situations in the future.
• Identify and enter all critical information necessary for account creation.
• Follow-up on orders, check on shipments and modify orders as necessary.
• Set up participants within appropriate account and ensure accurate links to the appropriate customer account and sub-accounts.
• Control badge management by setting up control badges, make changes as appropriate, and identify/resolve concerns in a timely manner
