Inquiries may be non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. · Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries. · Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. · Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research. Accurately documents inquiries. · I nitiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries. Requirements: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Must have at least 1 year of experience with Customer Service · Ability to handle high stress situations. · Problem solver/ de-escalation handler · Data Entry Experience Next Steps: TEK systems recruiting team will reach out to you to discuss next steps in 10 business days. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.56 - $22.56/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
