Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a strong understanding of Accounts Receivables and Provider domain. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and process accounts receivables transactions accurately and efficiently.Utilize MS Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports.Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing to providers.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and workflows.Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.Communicate effectively with providers to resolve billing issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Support other finance-related tasks as needed.Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.Have a solid understanding of accounts receivables processes.Demonstrate knowledge of the provider domain.Exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Possess a degree in finance accounting or a related field.Have experience with financial software and tools.Show a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.Certifications Required
Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) or equivalent certification.
