Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry, based in a location in California. This role involves processing customer orders, handling return requests, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels such as phone and email. • Evaluating and processing warranty returns. • Staying informed about product lines, market trends, and relevant events. • Reporting customer complaints and errors to the appropriate authority. • Consistently maintaining accurate customer records and files. • Processing customer orders and issuing return authorization numbers accurately and efficiently. • Resolving customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries promptly. • Ensuring regular and consistent attendance. • Performing other duties as assigned by management. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role in the manufacturing industry. • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service in a call center environment. • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools. • Exceptional ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Familiarity with the operations of tennis courts is an added advantage. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution preferred. • Willingness to work on shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, if required. • Bilingual or multilingual skills would be a plus.
