Responsibilities: • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries • Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts • Process and verify customer credit applications with precision • Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date • Uphold high standards of customer service at all times Requirements • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills • Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions. • Follow up with customers regarding past due payments through phone calls and emails. • Send reminders to customers about delinquent payments via email, voicemail, and mail. • Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts. • Collaborate with the mortgage division, applying prior collections or banking experience as needed. • Handle multiple phone calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Utilize Office suite effectively and demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
