Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. in Spokane, Washington. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records in the system • Assist with email correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction • Skilled in data entry and order entry tasks • Schedule appointments as per customer requests • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks • Provide exceptional call center customer service to all clients. Requirements • Applicant must have experience or willingness to learn how to answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally. • Proficiency or the ability to acquire skills in call center customer service is a requirement. • Exceptional customer service skills are needed, with the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. • The role requires data entry skills, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. • Candidates must be comfortable with email correspondence, including responding to customer inquiries and sending follow-up emails. • Experience or the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls is necessary. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word is needed, including the ability to create, edit, and format documents. • The candidate must have order entry skills, with the ability to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Scheduling appointments is part of the job role, hence the candidate must be able to manage a calendar and schedule appointments accordingly.
