Customer Service Representative
Description We are in need of a Customer Service Representative who can seamlessly manage customer-related tasks in our Medley, Florida office. As a key member of our team, you will be in charge of assisting customers with their orders, maintaining meticulous records, and swiftly resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and support to customers regarding their orders over the phone • Maintain a high level of empathy and understanding while dealing with customer queries • Demonstrate effective multitasking skills, including managing emails while assisting customers • Maintain and update customer records diligently and accurately • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changes • Exhibit exceptional typing skills with a speed of over 40 words per minute • Be flexible with shift timings, ensuring availability as required • Use your bilingual skills to better assist our diverse customer base, if applicable • Exhibit quick learning skills to adapt to our dynamic work environment • Collaborate with the team to provide top-notch customer service in our call center.
