We are seeking a motivated and personable Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. Part-time but may transition into a full time position.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and patients with warmth and professionalismAnswer multi-line phone systems, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointmentsProvide accurate information about services, pricing, and policiesMaintain accurate client records and update patient filesProcess payments and manage billing inquiriesAssist with prescription refill requests and communication with veterinary staffEnsure cleanliness and organization of the reception areaSupport a team-oriented environment with open communication
