Customer Service Representative

TekSystems is hiring for a large medical device company for their customer service/order entry department!
Description
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process. Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Research responses with sales. Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process; following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies. Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies.

+ Look up customer orders to identify concerns or issues
+ Respond to customer emails about concerns and questions - 100+ emails a day
+ 7-100 line items per an order
+ 20+ orders a day
+ Manage tasks and your own stress
+ Work with sales reps daily
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of order processing (no call center)
- Oracle ERP
- Microsoft Excel
Nice Haves:
- Heavy email skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
