Customer Service Representative

The ASP Customer Service Representative is knowledgeable and experienced with the day-to-day order to cashprocess providing assistance and support to ensure a positive customer experience. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively to meet customer needs.

Duties and responsibilities: 

Handle internal & external customer inquiries quotes &orders in an efficient, accurate and professional manner for the direct market in EU and English-speaking markets. Be the main contact person for disputes management regarding orders for EU – direct markets, using strong analytic and organization skills you will fix these issues. Have an advanced understanding of EDI, web portal orders+ invoicing. Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. With Initial Direction & Supervision, take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Work with internal teams(i.e: logistics, finance, sales, service engineers, senior leaders) with a high sense of accountability. Track KPI’s and follow the necessary steps to be aligned with the department request High NPS rate and ensure great customer excellence experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HBO thinking + performance skills Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the OM and Customer service in Medical Device industry or medical field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations:

(Include any required computer skills, regulatory knowledge, certifications, licenses, languages, cognitive and behavioral abilities etc.)

English, Spanish, Portuguese and/or any other EU language will be a plus, to ensue excellent service and manage operation distribution on the dedicated markets Work using SAP, Sales force, Five9, Propel, MS office, Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail orientated. Problem solving thinking for area of interest Good communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of ASP Great collaboration with team members and actively participates on onboarding new colleagues or new projects Ensure the NPS is implemented to area of responsibility and excellent customer experience is provided
