This position works for Vascula business. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.
Primary Job function
To liaise with customers, finance, distribution, marketing, service, and sales departments to facilitate the timely and efficient provision of products and services.Main Responsibilities Sales order administrationReceive and process purchase orders and stock requests in SAP and/or Esker, ensuring all orders are keyed to cut-off. This includes purchased stock and consignment stockThoroughly investigate any consignment stock billing issues and resolveLiaise with Local AU Warehouse and NZ 3PL Warehouse for the completion of product shipmentInbox ManagementRespond to all enquiries quickly and efficiently, ensuring correct information is providedDistribute purchase orders and stock requests to Esker or Team members for processingAction urgent case stock requestsSubmit credit requests in Xiam for approval and process credits in SAPPhone enquiriesIdentify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfactionAnswer customer telephone enquiries, service needs and complaints, respond where appropriate or direct to relevant area.Quality Management System ComplianceComplete Quality training assignments within required timelinesRaise awareness for any potential Product Experience ReportsMeet the requirements of ISO and Class A by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimizing accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.Participate and support system implementations and other related projects as requiredParticipate and support audit activities as requiredPerform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by the manager
Minimum EducationRelevant educational qualification preferred
Minimum Experience/Training RequiredPrevious experience in a similar role preferred
Minimum Skills RequiredGood oral and written communication skills.Computer literacy with MS Office programs and SAP preferred.
Quality, Safety & Environmental ResponsibilitiesAttend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.Meet the requirements of ISO and Class A by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimizing accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.
