Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry, based in Sarasota, Florida. This role operates in a dynamic workplace environment where your responsibilities will include processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications to ensure efficient service • Maintain customer credit records with the utmost precision • Actively listen to customer concerns, displaying empathy and understanding • Effectively read, analyze, and interpret procedures and documents • Stay updated on marketing campaigns to handle related inquiries using available resources • Efficiently solve practical problems and handle various tasks • Report any discrepancies in procedures or policy details to management • Adhere to instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form • Undertake any other duties as required • Manage inbound customer calls, providing excellent service. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry. • Solid experience in using CRM systems for managing customer relationships. • Proficiency in generating reports using Crystal Reports. • Experience in data processing and management. • Knowledge of About Time software for efficient time tracking. • Ability to handle and resolve customer queries through inbound calls. • Understanding of buying processes within the insurance sector. • Experience in cash activity management and cash handling.
