Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where your primary responsibilities will be managing customer queries and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a hybrid role near Rolling Meadows, IL. **Call center/high volume call experience is a must!** Responsibilities: • Receive and efficiently manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat • Work together with team members and vendor partners to deliver top-tier customer service • Keep comprehensive records of all customer service tickets • Provide detailed assistance to customers including comprehensive product information and troubleshooting • Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining high customer service standards • Respond to all customer written correspondence in a detail oriented manner • Ensure accurate knowledge of all procedures and products is applied in every customer interaction • Maintain a courteous, friendly, and detail oriented demeanor while delivering excellent customer service. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the wholesale distribution industry. • Proficient in call center customer service operations and able to handle high-volume customer inquiries. • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly and effectively. • Strong customer support skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Experience in customer experience management, with a focus on enhancing overall customer satisfaction. • Familiarity with customer success management strategies, with a proven track record of driving customer loyalty and retention.
